Tanglewood Lake is an enchanting, tranquil, private property community located between Campbell and Thurston, NY. Our diverse community represents families from throughout the country who seek a peaceful lake and forest living setting for weekend, vacation, or year-round enjoyment. All properties are natural woodlands of at least five acres along seasonal roads and trails maintained by homeowners and the association. We are a Neighborhood Watch Community and look out for each other throughout the year. Each resident has access to the 32 acre lake and enjoys hunting and fishing as well as kayaking, canoeing and boating with non-combustion engines.
Our Homeowner Association is a fully registered non-profit corporation in the state of New York, Steuben County. Our HOA property is managed by the STLA HOA Board of Directors and officers. Our website is owned and operated by the STLA Homeowners Association.
